CBD BERRY GUMMIES

Surprisingly easy to make, these CBD gummies use real fruit, are sweetened with agave syrup and cost a fraction of the store-bought candies you might find elsewhere.

100 g/¾ cup fresh trimmed strawberries or raspberries

60 ml/¼ cup water

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1½ tablespoons agave syrup

3 teaspoons CBD oil

3 tablespoons vegan jel

silicone candy moulds

squeeze dropper (most moulds come with a dropper)

Makes 50–90 gummies, depending on the mould size/5–10 gummies per serving

Blend the strawberries or raspberries to a purée in a blender or food processor.

Combine the berry purée, water, lemon juice, agave syrup and CBD oil in a saucepan over a low heat and whisk until well combined. When you see the mixture just start to bubble at the edges, turn off the heat and whisk in the jel.

Using the squeeze dropper, transfer the mixture into your gummy moulds. Leave to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for 20 minutes until set.

Remove the gummies from their moulds and keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
